Since its establishment in6 2008 un66der the Law Reform Commission Act 2008 (the Act), the Commission has strive to facilitate the review, reform and development of the laws of Samoa.
It promotes Samoa customs and traditions, enhances social, economic, culture and commercial development of Samoa and above all ensures the laws of Samoa are kept in a modern state which is contextualized to meet the needs of the Government and the Public.
